Jorge Enrique Pizano was found by his wife on the evening of Nov. 8 at their home north of the capital, Bogotá, lying on the bathroom floor, wrapped in a towel, panting. Doctors said he had cyanide poisoning. They said his stomach had been destroyed by poison. Alejandro's apparent poisoning raises the question of whether his father was also a murder victim.
